  • The Plesk Mobile apps for iOS and Android and the Plesk Mobile Center extension have been deprecated, and are no longer available for new installations. In Plesk Obsidian 18.0.84, the Plesk Mobile Center extension will be removed from servers during the upgrade, and the Plesk Mobile apps will lose their server management features.
  • The Social Login extension has been deprecated and will be removed in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.84. After that, it will no longer be possible to log in to Plesk with a Google, Facebook, GitHub account, or with a passkey. Plesk usernames and passwords, as well as logging in with a WebPros Account, are not affected.

I searched 2 days for some answers on the net and this forum. I upgraded my plesk from 7.5.4 to 7.5.6 in this upgrade there where some errors about mysql ??

after this i tried to add the admin account (i looked like it was gone) nothing worked... so i tried to go to 7.6.1 like SWsoft says.

Also this didn't work and the installer gave me the same access denied error on MySQL.... i looked... yeah the admin user is gone again.

I manually added it like it says in the knowledgebase... but also no response... my controlpanel won't start anymore...

Does anyone knows this problem ? is there allready a sollution ?
 
Sorry before someone thinks my service won't start... that's not the point...

The website 8443 won't start... it is just blank...
 
Ok we discovered what went wrong....

One week ago we manualy updated the MySQL as in the knowledgebase...

That is not a good plan if you gonna update later to 7.6.1
;) so problem is fixed here... NEW install was the solution...
