Could not access the website using domain name but could access with IP address

Hi,
I have installed Parallels Plesk Panel 11.0.9 in Virtual Private Server(Windows 2008R2 Server). It was working fine, today I just created a user account in Admin plesk panel. After that I could not access the website using the domain name. When I looked at Event viewer, I got the following errors,

zone 0.0.127.in-addr.arpa/IN: not loaded due to errors.

zone 0.0.127.in-addr.arpa/IN: NS 'mydomain.com.secureserver.net.0.0.127.in-addr.arpa' has no address records (A or AAAA)

How do I resolve this error. Please suggest me.
