courier-imap dead but subsys locked

Hallo to all,

sorry but my english is not so good.

My Problem ... i have update from 8.2.0 to 8.2.1 an now the courier-imap/pop dosn´t work.. the message is "courier-imap dead but subsys locked"

Have anywhere a Idea ??

It is possible the server is just having trouble removing the pid file or it is still bound to the port. Make sure it is dead with killall -9 (process name). You may have to find and delete the .pid file.

Or you can just reboot and it may solve your problem.
