Seems to be blank now. For some strange reason its gone.

Well, I just mentioned there that the cPanel plugin does not work in the latest cPanel versions. Actually its not working for several versions back so far. The installed will give permission denied errors, even with 755 or 777 it complains permission denied in line 391.
