• The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions.
Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
  • Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.

Question cPanel to Plesk Migration - Not showing all accounts

jackson

New Pleskian
We are migrating from cPanel (WHM) to Plesk Obsidian - when using the migrator tool, it only listed 12 accounts, migrating the accounts worked perfectly. I finished the migration and started a new one, but it still does not show all of the existing accounts. They are around another 40 accounts to migrate. Any help? Is there something else I need to enable on WHM for Plesk to find these accounts?

Found the issue - this may help others.
Previously we had a managed WHM Server which the host broke, and then rebuilt it. When they rebuilt it they migrated the accounts but left the old owner of the accounts in place.

You need to make sure the owner of the account is the same user your using to migrate. Even if you use 'root' as the username to migrate, it may not show all of the accounts. The way to fix is Modify the user account make sure you change the account owner to the user you are migrating with.
