CPU usage since last server update gone through roof

Hi guys,
Have been getting warnings constantly since the last server update for CPU usage,



Within the health monitoring I see the attached image...

Also if I run the server configurations troubleshooter I get the following message:

I'm also getting the following email almost 3 times a hour..

I had same issue after one of upgrades, and server reboot helped.
For some odd reason disk io was high and causing a lot of cpu usage. After complete reboot everything went back to normal, so you can give it a try.
