Create hosting plan through command Line

Hi,

How would i create a hosting plan through command line?

When a plan is created through the CP which files/data base entries are updated/added?

A lot of different changes there in database and filesystem after creation service plan. It is very difficult to describe all these changes and not clear enough for what it is necessary?

Its bit complicated to understand.

Tried creating hosting using below command, but in which control panel user/customer is not getting created.

D:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin>subscription.exe --create domain-name -owner owner-name -service-plan 3GB_Gold_plan -hosting true -hst_type phys -ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -login username -passwd 'Password'

Is there any option to create and map control panel user/customer while creating hosting using above command.
