Create subdomains

I need to know if the sitebuilder supports subdomains. For example, I do in plesk subodominio.dominio.com and I want to create a homepage that subdomain in sitebuilder. So, I wanted to know if it can be done and if so how it is done

If I understand you correctly, you need just create site in Sitebuilder and specify publishing properties for it correctly. In this case URL for web site would be http://subodominio.dominio.com. When publication properties are specified correctly you will need to publish created site.
