Creating new Domain fails

Hello there

I run a plesk 7.6.1 on Windows Server 2003 as new new installation (no upgrade from earlier version). At the beginnig, everything ran quite well. As DNS Server the Mircosoft Service is used (not Bind).

It is now not possible anymore to create new Domains, the following error message appears:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function PleskFatalException() in C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib\class.PhDomain.php on line 593

I do have that strange feeling that this problem might be started after applying Microsoft Hotfixes to the Server.

Is there anybody that might help??
