Creating subdomain for extra FTP access

I created a subdomain for my website to allow a programmer to upload files to my website. Testing the FTP I find that the folders that appear for this user are "cgi-bin", "conf", and "httpdocs"? The folder that the domain uses is not there and so the files uploaded do not go to where I want them. That folder is "httpsdocs". I didn't choose the above folders they just appeared? How do I set up the subdomain correctly so someone can upload files without me giving them my master FTP login and password?.

P.S. I set up the subdomain as ""helper.mydomain.com"

Do I need to do something with the skeleton manager?

Those 3 folders are in their own directory, and are independant from the top domain.
If yo go into "subdomains" in your domain root folder, you'll see the subdomain folder there. Inside that folder is essentially the same structure that a normal domain would have.
You should be able to create a subdomain with it's own FTP login, and give that new FTP login to the user. They will have no access to your site whatsoever, and will only be able to access the subdomain folders (the ones you listed).
