• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Creation of domains

I have a dedicated server, with my primary domain being digitonestudios.com - I've configured DNS and such so that ns1.digitonestudios.com and ns2 are used -

For each domain that I createa after that, do I have to change that domain to a slave DNS or a master dns?

I want all of my domains to use the name server ns1.digitonestudios.com and ns2.

I appreciate any help!

Each new domain would be a 'master' in itself. The only time you would change the domain's DNS to be 'slave' is if an external nameserver (outside of the plesk server) were the master controlling nameserver.

Since you did the final switchover, have you checked your dnsreport.com report for your main domain? Yup, it looks good.

Yup - everything seems to be fine, except I need a secondary DNS server or IP. Right now NS1 and NS2 are on the same IP.
