• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Critical Licence Key Problem

Hi Guys,

When logging into my plesk server I see the following;

You are currently operating within the grace period of your product license. To update your product license, select the Retrieve Keys option on the License Management page.

I've done what it asks me to do, and it shows me the following;

Unable to update key. The key you try to send is invalid. You cannot try to update it anymore. License key must be ordered first.

I've got until tuesday to get this sorted or our hosting operations will go offline.... this is critical!

I've also tried turning off the firewall before clicking 'retrieve keys' thinking this might be a problem but that doesnt help.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Shane
