It seems that the update server was not stable, and this errors indicate just it.
DrWeb update script is run by cron daemon. And cron, by default, the output from cron gets mailed to the owner of the
process, or the person specified in the MAILTO variable. If you do not want to get any emails from cron or any particular cron task, you may redirect output of the script to the log file or to even /dev/null.
