Crone File in scheduled task problem

We have set up Crone Zone on our server for sending emails. As we have stopped Crone, but it is still sending emails from the last 48 hours. I have got almost 50,000 emails, still it is showing pending emails. Please please help me about this. So that i will get the emails on my gmail account, which are still pending.
