• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

I have searched for this and can't seem to find what I am looking for.

Rather then having the NS record point at 'ns.customer.com' we want it to point at 'ns0.ourdomain.com' and 'ns1.ourdomain.com'. Same for MX records. If there any way to do this through the domain template because it won't allow you to add MX or NS records pointing to other domains.

Can the DNS template be edited manually?

You can add records on DNS template on PleskCP->Server_>DNS
Click add record->select type->type in data

I know that but you can't add records associated with other domains. I need to be able to add an MX record to point to mail.OURDOMAIN.com rather then mail.CUSTOMERDOMAIN.com.
