Issue Custom error document not working

Hello,

My configuration : Windows 2012 Server + Plesk 17.8.11.

Activation of custom error page does not work. In a domain settings I went to Virtual Directories > Error documents. Then I click "404", select URL, and finally paste a full URL (https://......). But it does not work. The server always returns default 404 page, not mine.

I tried to put directive in web.config also but it still does not work.

However the custom error setting in enabled in template

How can I make it work ?
