Custom skeleton directories possible?

It seems that the top-level directories get only added if they have Plesk's default directory names (httpdocs, httpsdocs, cgi-bin, anon_ftp and error_docs). I've read those in the help section.
Is there a way to change those default directories using other names?

I think you can´t, because in the help documentation say that this folders are the required first.
