  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Custom SSL cert comes out blank

Hi there,

I have used Plesk to generate the CSR and got a rapid SSL certificate for one of our domain names on our Plesk server. When we go to view the website under ssl, however, it comes back saying that the website does not provide identity information - under Plesk it also has the same, no identity information. When I generated the CSR it had all the information that I needed and when making the cert on rapid's website it showed the information as well.

Anyone know what could be going on? Our old cert on the old server has expired so we need to get this sorted!

Thanks,

Ian.

P.S I am also posting this at Rapid SSL's forums.
