Hi there,
maybe somebody can help...
I installed Plesk 8.1.1 on a fresh FreeBSD 5.5 and now I got a problem with the Backup-function.
When a customer makes a backup of a domain, and tries to restore it, this messege comes up:
Permission denied: Zugriff verweigert.
Execution of /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/domain.php --update tsfotos.de -hosting true -hst_type phys -ip 212.6.251.166 -ssl true -webstat webalizer -same_ssl true -login tsfotos -passwd -shell /usr/bin/false failed with return code 1.
Stderr is
An error occured during domain update: error in hosting updating: Hosting-Einstellungen konnten nicht aktualisiert werden: Unable to get hosting ip address id.
Failed deployment of domain tsfotos.de
Permission denied: Zugriff verweigert.
After that, the physical hosting and all data is gone.
When logging in as admin, the error doesen't show up, and its working.
