    Hi there,

    maybe somebody can help...

I installed Plesk 8.1.1 on a fresh FreeBSD 5.5 and now I got a problem with the Backup-function.

When a customer makes a backup of a domain, and tries to restore it, this messege comes up:

    Permission denied: Zugriff verweigert.

Execution of /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/domain.php --update tsfotos.de -hosting true -hst_type phys -ip -ssl true -webstat webalizer -same_ssl true -login tsfotos -passwd -shell /usr/bin/false failed with return code 1.
    Stderr is
An error occured during domain update: error in hosting updating: Hosting-Einstellungen konnten nicht aktualisiert werden: Unable to get hosting ip address id.

    Failed deployment of domain tsfotos.de

    Permission denied: Zugriff verweigert.

After that, the physical hosting and all data is gone.

When logging in as admin, the error doesen't show up, and its working.

thanks for any idea for solving

    best regards
