Customer backups

Dear all,

having problems om my server when customers are trying to perform backups from plesk.

Unable get daemon current status: Unable to create UNIX socket /usr/local/psa/tmp/agent-runner.16028: Connection refused

Always the same error message
Latest plesk patches are installed....

any ideas?

Same problem here, but only one one domain. The rest seem to work fine.

I fix it by restarting the server. After that, I never have it again.

Are there any other suggestions for this? I'm getting this problem now and I'm running Plesk 8.1.....

I've searched everywhere and can't find any information about this error. Please advise!
