I have plesk PLESK-12-VPS-WEB-PRO with ovh. I can see in my admin panel, for each domain, the ftp user option, in order to create ftp accounts.
but, when I switch to customer user, the ftp icon is not anymore here.
in "service plans", the "Additional FTP accounts" is unlimited,
then, is there any restriction here ?! did I miss something ? how can I let the users create its own ftp additional accounts ?!
