• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Customer Subscription somehow "mixed" with default site

New Pleskian
Ok, I installed PLESK 11 on a Ubuntu 12.04.

The first thing I did after the machine was up was to import a domain from an old instance. And all was golden... I thought.

Now, when I log in to "admin" as "admin" and (for instance) try to use "Add helpdesk" it tries to perform that action on the customer domain.

Same when I try to add a subdomain to my domains, the suggested users are from this customer domain.

What might have happened here?

Which version of Plesk was it in previously?

Where is the domain you migrated now - is it in its own subscription associated with a customer?
