customers, domains, subscriptions, service plans

Hi guys,

Can someone explain (in short) what the relations are between customers, domains, subscriptions and service plans?

As I understand a service plan is a "package" with predefined settings.

Now what I would like to know is how a customer and a subscription are "connected". Does each customer get its own subscription? And is a domain always part of a subscription?

Customers can have one or more subscriptions. A subscription defines resource pack given and Service Plan is a "template" of subscription.
Subscriptions can have one or more domains sharing the same pool of resources.

Yes, each customer needs their own subscription. And subscription always includes at least one domain.

Thanks Sergey. If I understand correctly ... a domain name is always a part of a subscription and can not stand on its own?
