customizing login screen

How can i customize table header at login page:
Log in to Plesk Sitebuilder 4.5.0 for Linux/Unix

i coul don find it in locale folder

Check <SB_ROOT>/resources/locale/en_US/Login.lng file:

You need update "title" filed there which by default states: "title = "Log in to %s %s for %s""

As I remember '4.5' and 'Linux/Unix' parameters are taken from database.
