CuteFTP and Log Manager Not Working

Using Plesk 7.5.6 on windows 2k3

When i atempt to load a file i get this message this is the first time I have used FTP. operation.:confused:

Log Error
Request denied.
Verify that the file or folder exists and that you have the necessary permissions on the server to perform the requested
