• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • Our UX team believes in the in the power of direct feedback and would like to invite you to participate in interviews, tests, and surveys.
To stay in the loop and never miss an opportunity to share your thoughts, please subscribe to our UX research program. If you were previously part of the Plesk UX research program, please re-subscribe to continue receiving our invitations.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.

YOUR EXPECTATIONS FROM PLESK SERVICE TEAM

Confirm bug

I think it is questionable if this is really a bug. It may be a deficiency that stats are not included in migration, but maybe rather a feature request to include them than a bug. There will also be users who want it exactly the way that on a new server traffic statistics start counting from zero and not from what they were on an old server.

Thanks Bitpalast

I still think it is a bug, because after migration the "Data Transfer Statistics" is not counting from zero, but is weird that include the month of the migrate date and also a month of 2 years.

If "including stats in migration" is a feature that not yet supported, then there should be no any statistics after migration.

A fix for that issue has not been introduced yet. We understand that the resolution might be taking more than expected and we would like to apologize for the inconvenience. It is on team's agenda, but there are more pressing and critical issues prioritized. Thank you for your patience and understanding in the meantime.

This should be called as a bug and should be fixed asap.

I just migrate our websites from old server CentOS 7 to a new Almalinux 8 and all domains' Data Transfer Statistics are lost. My client (also me) need it for reference how website use the traffic each past months and client can use it to make a decision how big package they would like to renew next billing. Data Transfer Statistics should stay there from first month until the domain is deleted or last as long as "Tools & Settings" > "Server Settings" > "Retain web and traffic statistics" defined.
