• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello there

I've got a big problem.. Ive installed Plesk on a FC3 server, using the normal installer. I was shocked when i saw that the mysql version was 3.23.x. So i tried to upgrade them.

but it doesn't work. yesterday i tried to upgrade mysql with yum and ART. That was no problem =). of corse i tried to install plesk again, now with mysql 4.1.x etc. But the installation always interrupt by database-errors. i think there were still configs and things from the older installation.

so i want to ask, how i can psa completly new, with a new database etc..

(my english is realy rub***, sry for them)

What I would suggest is to use ART to upgrade PSA.

yum upgrade psa

If your yum servers are the ART servers, you shouldnt have problems.
