• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Default domain changes when adding a new domain

Hello,

I'm running Plesk 9.3.0 on a Debian-host.

I have this problem that when I add a new domain the default domain for the IP address the server is running on changes to the new domain, so I have to go to settings -> ip addresses and set the default domain every time I'm adding a domain..

Is this a know issue?

I have been googling without finding anything, and also I have been checking through the templates if there was some option that would cause this behavior, but can't find anything...

It seems that adding 127.0.0.1 as default nameserver in /etc/resolv.conf did the trick...
