Default page for suspended sites/domains

Is it possible to make a better solution for suspended domains/sites when backup is in progress or suspended for overuse?

What do you mean? There is default Plesk page when domain is suspended.

Dear IgorG,

The author does mean that Plesk admin should be able to define some custom URL for the suspended domains - just like I have suggested in my top 3 feature requests for Plesk:
http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=100264

See part "Redirect the domain to following location: http://..."

And besides, there is no such default page in Plesk at all that would open suspended domains. When the domain is suspended, it redirects the server default page for some hours, but after 24 hours when the DNS TTL has been passed, the domain just won't open any page at all (and causes everybody reaching to domain thinkin that there is some kind of technical problem again in the service provider and it's a bad quality one... Yes, this happens because it's hosted with Plesk that simply shuts down suspended domains and their DNS services withouth showing any default page.)

This is one of the important feature requests we are and have been requesting very very long time...

Yes, I reciently had to suspend a reseller for non payment and now 17 sites are pointing to a default plesk page, without any information of who they can contact about their real issue, but they can try plesk, I guess.

This should really be fixed!

Yes PLEASE!! When someone pays a bill, they shouldn't have to wait 24 hours for the rest of the world to see their website again Why shut down the DNS??. Another "scratch you head" kind of a quirk with Plesk that I've never seen with any other control panel.
