delete mailbox error

hi,

i've tried to delete a mailbox, but it gives me an error:

plesk mailmng failed meaoam.addressmap.removeaddressmap failed

I've trie, also, access to the server, by remote desktop and by mailenable, create again de same mailbox. I restart plesk and try again... but...same error.

Any sugestion?

Please run the following commands in command prompt:

cd %plesk_bin%
mchk.exe --domain --domain-name=domain.com
This utility reconfigures MailEnable records in accordance with Plesk database.
