Deleting files by ftp or filemanager

Hi,

I cannot delete all of the files by my ftp programm. Even the filemanager in Plesk 7.5.3 cannot delete the same files.

The files that cannot be deleted are in group www.
Is that the problem? How is that possible and how can i solve that?
