  • Support for BIND DNS has been removed from Plesk for Windows due to security and maintenance risks.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

New Pleskian
I get this error no matter what I do to the shared SSL. If I try to disable it, enable it, switch sites... Doesn't matter I always get this error. I tried to find where I could manually assign a site ID, but no luck with that either. The domain I am going to use has a cert with it, the whole nine... Any suggestions?

It is database inconsistency. If you can't fix it directly in psa database I can only recommend to create a request to support team to do in-depth investigation to find the reason and to fix it. Please create a ticket to support at https://www.odin.com/support/request/ .
You may have free support, please check what kind of Plesk license you use for available support options at http://kb.odin.com/en/121580 .
If there’s no free support in your case, you can order Plesk per-incident support at http://www.odin.com/support/buy-support/ Support team will contact you as soon as purchase is processed, and they will do the best to resolve it.
If it is found that your problem was caused by product bug w/o available solution or workaround from Parallels, then your purchase will be re-funded.

I had so many problems updating Plesk, the first guy told me my OS was screwed up, but it turns out it was my virus software. I moved them to the new Plesk and new server, put the virus protection on, and (this one) wouldn't update either. I was steaming because when I realized the first guy was wrong. Thankfully the new guy (2 years later) figured it out. It had all the old info. I had to update the old one... Plesk has been a lot of work and trouble for me.
