deploying stop Inbound Mails

Can you please let me know why Mail services stop during any deploying ?

All mails stuck up in folder location C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Queues\SMTP\Inbound

ACTUAL RESULT - not working

EXPECTED RESULT - immediately

ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I have Already migrated 500 domains through same migration and now I am facing this issue
 
Do you have any related errors in log files, EventViewer, etc? Steps to reproduce?
 
Hmm... It is very difficult to help someone if he say only "It doesn't work"...
