despairing at remote nameserver

Hello everyone I really need help with the following problem:

Got a domain: example.com
Added it on my root -> plesk 11
Used following settings:

- Use DNS settings of a remote nameserver
- Website hosting
- Documentroot: example

Now I want to use it on enjin, its a site where you can create a page which looks like that: yourname.enjin.com but you can use a custom domain by following this guide:

It says I should add the following nameservers:

ns1.enjin.com
ns2.enjin.com
ns3.enjin.com
ns4.enjin.com

So I went to hosting options, clicked on dns settings and added those 4 nameservers.

But after 48h of waiting it still doesn't work. I've got the advanced plan which is required from enjin, also all settings are correct on the enjin page.

Could someone help me here? Would really appreciate it cause I'm dealing with this problem around a week now.

You can find out your DNS issues through http://intodns.com/ report/.
