Resolved developer: file upload in plesk extension

RPA

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Ubuntu 20.04
Plesk version and microupdate number
Version 18.0.46 Update #1
I am looking for a way to get file uploads working in my extension.
Noticed that the default php uploads go into /tmp/*** but that file does not exist as soon as I want to move them to a folder in the domain's webroot.

I tried working with $this->getRequest()->getFiles()->toArray() wich throws an error:
500 Error Call to undefined method Zend_Controller_Request_Http::getFiles()

And I tried $upload = new Zend_File_Transfer(); but that results in:
Server Error 500 Zend_File_Transfer_Exception "The file 'Robots.zip' does not exist"

Any tips or documentation?

never mind, I got it.the file uploaded was already renamed to the original file name and placed in Plesk's tmp folder
