How to contact Parallels Technology Network Team?

I submitted request for development license renewal at
http://www.parallels.com/ptn/contact/
before the new year.
But licenses for Plesk 9.5 for Windows and Linux are still have expiration date of 2012-12-22. However on the download page I can see "(Expiration date: February 21, 2013)"
Is there a plan to renew it?
