I have a new server and am getting the following in my logs.

dhclient: send_packet: Operation not permitted

What is it and how do I resolve the issue?

Your response put the fear of God in me.

We are using mod_security as well as a number of other firewall and detection services.

We are on a new server and have never seen any problem with dhclient, thus I've nowhere to start.
