Different PHP configuration for each domain

Is it possible to make different PHP configuration for each domain? Not only using global server php.ini 4 or 5 settings (if you change it then everybody has the same) but something like every domain has its php.ini configuration. If it's possible then how can i do that?

You can hack it through the registry but I wouldn't recommend since it could cause issues with Plesk later on.
