Different PHP Versions problem

I am running Plesk 12.0.18 on Centos5 using the parallels provided Mysql 5.5. when i try to compile the new version of PHP, i have errors on mysql.

Where can i get the mysql-devel package corresponding to the plesk provided mysql-5.5.41-15012715 for i386?
