Directory attachments do not exist!!!!

I try to add a Gallery and try to add the photo and category.. but SiteBuilder gave the error:
Directory attachments do not exist.

anyone know abotu this matter?

thanks.. found it.. but why this can be happen then the folder is not generate auto?

Unfortunately, only workaround is available for now....this situation was passed to Sitebuilder developers already and they are working on it. The thing is that, there are no exact steps for reproducing this situation. It appears spontaneously. If you have valid step-by-step instructions how this situation can be reproduced, please share it here.
