I client has the following issue:
When attempting to load items onto the eshop, I fill in the details (name, price, description etc) and click ok a message comes up "Error! Operation has not been completed. Click here for details....." with the following message stating "Directory attachments do not exist"?? HELP!!! I have tried to do a dummy one with no pictures but even that won't work!
We have checked there is a directory in the root folder that has 777 permissions.
We cannot create a new cateogry in their Eshop either with the same error occurring.
Please advise.
