directory index

I have been trying to change what file is the current directory index for one of my customers (Windows 2003, IIS), I change it in the settings, and it works for about a day or so, and I am guessing Plesk negates the changes after it rehashes. How do I make the change permanent? I am trying to change the index page from index.asp to index_sp.asp.
