Question Directory protection problems

Hello again, I have thisal the problem with plesk 17.0.17 that I have a directory with data protected under plesk password. The protection goes also there is a login requested when I call the link. Now I have the problem that when I get through my customer software by the software I click at once a request for the login get. This may and should not be so. Since it is also still in the customer interface. The link to where the login on dive is: "MyDomain/tekbase/members.php?op=membersGserverinst&ids=24". How can I protect the directory which under this following link is easy to protect: MyDomain.net/bilder
