Disable Delay in MailEnable?

How do i disable the delay messages in mailenable? I have done this before (on another server) and for the life of me can't remember how i did it.

Any help would be apprecaited.
 
Under the Delivery tab of the SMTP Connectors properties.

Set Delay Notifications to Never.
 
Is there a MailEnable config app/screen with the Plesk 7.6 Windows version? I can't seem to find it anywhere.
 
You need to login to the server remotely.

The admin tool is in start > programs > mailenable
