Disable email account creation

Hi.

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the correct forum but...

My hosting provider(mediatemple) directed me here. I'm trying to disable mailbox / autoresponder / redirects for a specific account in the Plesk Panel. If I set the number of allowed to Zero, it allows the user to create as many as they want and if I set the number 1 then they can create 1. I do not want the account to be able to create any. What am I missing?

In domain's or client's limits 0 doesn't mean "as many as they want". 0 means 0 and Unlimited means Unlimited.

If 0 limit does not work as expected, run /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk utility to update mail settings.
