Disable Google Authenticator

Hi,

I do not know why, but now the plesk is not accepting authentication via google authentication, result: I can not access the control panel because the number that is shown by google authentication is reporting that is not available (I always used).

How can I disable this directly on the server? Via database?

Plesk 12 for windows.

Please, help me.

Hi sysber,

to remove a Plesk extension, you can use:

extension.exe -u <extension_name>​

while you may list your extensions with the command:

extension.exe -l​

One more thing. Could you check the time on the server and in the app?

Google Authenticator uses time-based codes/tokens that will fail if server time is not correct.
