• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Resolved Disable mail by default

New Pleskian
Hi,
We have a problem whith mail when we creating a domain.
By default, Plesk enables mail management so that when an email is sent for a domain hosted on the server but whose emails are not on the server, the email is stored locally in: /var/qmail/maildir/domain.com
And is not sent to the destination external mail server.
We are forced to disable emails manually for each domain, and for each new creation with the command:
plesk bin mail --off domaine.com
How to deactivate them by default?

Thanks for your help ! :)

Click on the "E-Mail" tab in the service plan, then uncheck the first box "Switch on the mail service" and save the plan. Now, when you create a new subscription, the mail service will be switched off.
