Disable My account from horde

Hi all,

I use Plesk 9.2.1 with Suse 10.1 x64.
I use the Horde Webmail.

I would like to know if is possible to disable the "My Account" icon from the webmail because I don't want that my customers can change the password.
Every days I spended many time for synchronize these informations with central database.

Any idea?
