disable php perl python for resellers while create plan

Hi,
we use plesk 12 and server 2012 r2 i want know how can i disable php perl python cgi that resellers can not enable it for their users when add new plan,
i do not want my users and users resellers access to php perl python cgi,
how can i do this?

If I correctly understood you want to limit reseller account to use php, perl, python and cgi for his service plans? I suppose that it is impossible. But reseller can limit it for his users in his service plans.
